About Coideal
Coideal makes holding, hanging and labelling hardware. Binder clips, hinge clips, curtain hooks, key tags, paper clips, push pins, clothespins, desk organizers — the small mechanical things that a desk, a laundry line, a classroom wall or a roof edge depends on every day.
The name is the brief. <strong>Co</strong> + <strong>ideal</strong>: work out, together with the people who actually use the thing, what the ideal version of a small everyday tool looks like, then make it in a quantity worth stocking.
What we actually do
We are not a general catalogue. Everything in this shop sits inside one narrow family of products, because a spring's tension, a coating's resistance to rust and a pack size that fits a household are all the same problem looked at from three angles. When a size is wrong we change the mould, not the listing.
Products are manufactured to our specification, imported, inspected and stocked by us. Orders from this site ship from our own fulfilment with tracking. If you write to us, the person who answers is the person who packed the box.
Where we are
Shenzhen Qixi Commerce Co., Ltd is the business behind Coideal. Registered address: No.14, Lane 6, Wangtang Yangmei Community, Bantian Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong 518129, China. Our customer service hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00–18:00 (GMT+8), reply within 24 hours.
We sell in two places: directly from this website, and through our own Coideal store on Amazon (<a href="https://www.amazon.com/s?me=A3LUMJETOB104E&marketplaceID=ATVPDKIKX0DER" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">view the store</a>). Both are operated by the same business under the same trademark, which is why the product photography, the pack sizes and the reference numbers match across them. If an item you want is not listed here, it is usually because it is still in transit — write to support@coideals.com and we will confirm stock.
