Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide with tracking and free on every order. If a destination is unavailable, checkout tells you before you pay — you are never charged for an order we cannot deliver.
How long does delivery take?
7–15 business days, tracked for the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union and Australia, after 1–2 business days of packing. You get a tracking number by email.
Is this the same as your Amazon store?
Yes — the same business, the same trademark and the same products. Buying direct here means we deal with you ourselves instead of through a marketplace; buying on Amazon means Amazon's delivery promise applies.
Can I return something I opened?
Yes, within 30 days, opened or unopened. Email support@coideals.com with your order number and a photo.
A pack arrived short or a clip is broken.
Send one photo and the reference. We send the missing piece or a replacement; you do not need to return the rest.
Do you take card payments directly?
Checkout runs on PayPal, which accepts cards and PayPal balances. We never see or store your card number.
Do you sell in bulk, or to schools and offices?
Yes. Email support@coideals.com with the product reference and the quantity. Larger packs and repackaged counts are the reason several of our ranges exist.
Why is a size not listed?
Usually it is between batches. Ask for the size and we will tell you whether it is coming back and when.
Do you charge VAT/GST or import duty?
Prices shown are what you pay us. Any duty or import tax charged by your country is collected by customs or the carrier on delivery, not by us.
How do I contact a human?
