Shipping & delivery

Cost

Shipping is free worldwide on every order. There is no minimum spend and no handling fee added at checkout.

Dispatch

• Orders are packed within 1–2 business days of the order being confirmed.
• Every parcel carries tracking. The number is emailed to the address you type at checkout.
• 7–15 business days, tracked to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union and Australia. Other destinations can take longer at customs.
• You can track from the confirmation email; if a parcel has not moved for 10 business days, write to support@coideals.com and we open an investigation with the carrier rather than asking you to wait.

Duties and taxes

Prices shown are inclusive of applicable sales tax where collected. Import duties, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.

For most low-value hardware orders no import duty is charged. Where a destination applies VAT or GST on imported goods, that charge is collected by the carrier or customs authority on delivery, not by us.

Address changes and cancellation

Because we pack quickly, changes are only possible before dispatch. Email support@coideals.com with the order number as soon as you notice the problem; if the parcel has already left we will arrange a redirect or a replacement, whichever is cheaper for you.

Where we do not ship

A small number of destinations cannot be served reliably by the carriers we use. Checkout will tell you before you pay, not after.

Returns

If the delivery is wrong, damaged or simply not what you needed, the 30-day return window applies. See <a href="/pages/returns">our returns page</a>.
