Terms of sale
These are the terms on which Shenzhen Qixi Commerce Co., Ltd sells products through https://www.coideals.com. They apply to orders placed on this site. Placing an order means you accept them.
Products and prices
- Prices are shown in USD and include applicable sales tax where we collect it. Import duties or GST charged by your country remain your responsibility.
- We take reasonable care over photographs and specifications. Screens differ in colour and pack counts are stated on each option, so check the option you select rather than the picture.
- Prices and availability can change. A change does not affect an order we have already confirmed.
- Promotions and discount codes apply only where we say so, at the price we state, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Your order and the contract
Clicking "place order" is an offer to buy from us. We are bound to you when we confirm the order — in practice when your payment is approved and we email you the confirmation or the tracking number. We may decline an order after it is placed if the item is not actually available, if the price shown was an obvious error, or if we cannot verify the delivery address; in that case you are refunded in full and quickly.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order through PayPal or another processor we offer at checkout. We do not store card numbers. If a payment is reversed by your bank or by the processor without a valid claim, we may cancel the related order and recover the goods.
Delivery, risk and title
- We dispatch within 1–2 business days and deliver in 7–15 business days, tracked for most destinations. Dates are estimates, not guarantees, unless a specific service was paid for.
- Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you, or when you take them into possession.
- Until an order is paid in full the goods remain our property.
- We are not liable for delay caused by customs, carrier disruption, industrial action or events outside our reasonable control.
Returns, faults and remedies
You have 30 days to return an item, opened or unopened — see <a href="/pages/returns">the returns page</a> for how. Where an item is faulty, our remedy at our option is a refund, a replacement or a repair; a refund is the full amount you paid for that item, including any shipping you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or removes rights you cannot lawfully be made to give up in your country.
Use of this site
You may browse, print pages for your own purchasing decisions, and use the shop as intended. You may not scrape it at volume, copy our product photography, descriptions or layout for another shop, or use the site to send unsolicited messages.
Intellectual property
Coideal is a trademark belonging to us. All text, product photography and page design on this site are ours unless we say otherwise. The trademark and the copyright in the images are registered and held by Shenzhen Qixi Commerce Co., Ltd; we license them to no one else.
Reviews and messages
If you send us a review or a photo of a product in use, you give us permission to publish it alongside the product, with your first name or anonymously as you prefer.
Third-party links
We link to our own store on Amazon, and occasionally to carriers. Those sites have their own terms and we are responsible for what we do here, not what they do there.
Severance, waiver, assignment
If one clause is unenforceable, the rest of these terms stand. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign an order to somebody else; we may transfer the business behind it, and if we do your order still travels with it.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of China (the country in which the business is registered), and disputes are heard there. Where consumer protection law in your own country gives you a mandatory right to bring a claim where you live, that right is unaffected. Before anything formal, write to support@coideals.com: most disputes over clips and tags are a misunderstanding about a size, and cost both of us less solved by email.
Complaints
Tell us first — <a href="mailto:support@coideals.com">support@coideals.com</a>, order number and what went wrong. If you paid through PayPal you also have their resolution centre, and if you paid by card your bank may offer a chargeback; we would rather hear from you before either of those starts.
